Putin's address was shown at the BRICS summit - with a changed voice

Vladimir Putin made a video message to the participants of the BRICS Business Forum. It takes place on August 22 in Johannesburg, South Africa, before the main summit of the BRICS member countries.

According to journalists from the Kremlin pool, at the business forum the address of the President of the Russian Federation was duplicated in Russian in a different voice. Why this happened is unknown.

Vladimir Putin refused to attend the BRICS summit in person because the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest.
