What happened? On August 20, a tour of the underground river Neglinka, to which seven people came to the Moscow river, took place in Moscow. Due to the rain, the water level in the river rose-four people died, three are still looking for.
Among the dead were a couple from St. Petersburg-a 64-year-old woman and her 63-year-old spouse. Their bodies were found next to the Zaryadye park.
Criminal case. SK opened the case under the article “On the provision of services that do not meet security requirements that entailed the death of two or more persons through negligence” (part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to the agency, one suspect was detained, two were put on the wanted list.
