
On Tuesday, August 22, in St. Petersburg they detained the general director of the service for the guide "Sputnik" Alexander Kim, writes TASS. The man will be delivered to Moscow. He is suspected of organizing excursions on Moscow collectors, during which eight people died.
What is known about the detained? TASS calls Alexander Kim the organizer of the excursion to Moscow. However, Kim is the creator of the satellite service , on which guides can register. He himself does not take a walk.
Context. On August 20, a tour of the underground River Neglinka, to which seven people, as well as the organizer came to the Moscow river, took place in Moscow. Due to the rain, the water level in the river rose-all people died.
Among the dead were a couple from St. Petersburg-a 64-year-old woman and her 63-year-old spouse. Their bodies were found next to the Zaryadye park.
Criminal case. SK opened the case under the article “On the provision of services that do not meet security requirements that entailed the death of two or more persons through negligence” (part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to the agency, one suspect was detained, two were put on the wanted list.
