The Federal Cabinet of the German Minister of Germany announced the support of plans to facilitate the procedure for changing the gender marker and the name in the documents for transgender and non -warar people.

The legislative initiative is called the "Law on Self -Determination". The bill should still be approved by the German parliament. Its adoption will allow translucks to change the gender marker in the registry office without providing any additional documents.
