
The court in Moscow arrested Digger Nikita Dubas and the general director of the company "Sputnik" Alexander Kim in the case of the death of eight people during a tour of the Neglinka River. This was reported by the press service of Moscow courts.
Kim and Dubas are accused in the case of the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of security and entail the death of two or more persons by negligence. The investigation considers them the organizers of the illegal tour of Moscow collectors. They refused to admit guilt.
According to investigators, shortly before the tragedy, Digger Konstantin Filippov, who conducted an excursion, contacted Dubas and clarified his route details. Kim became the accused in the case due to the fact that in his service "satellite" one could sign up for an underground walk along Neglinka and similar tours.
Another person involved in this case, Alexander Lazovsky, general director of Avangard LLC, which sells tickets for unusual excursions - put on the wanted list.
Excursions on the drainage collectors of Moscow are illegal, and the provision of such services is qualified as a criminal offense, RIA Novosti was told in the press service of the capital's department of housing and communal services.
