
The Pskov City Court fined the regional coordinator of the Voice of Vladimir Zhilinsky for 40 thousand rubles for the lack of marking of a foreign agent. This was reported to the North. Reali by Zhilinsky himself.
The court and employees of the Ministry of Justice considered his post in the telegram channel with the words: "Wow, welcome to the club." So Zhilinsky reacted to the inclusion of Lev Schlosberg and journalist Svetlana Prokopyeva in the register of "foreign Agents".
The Pskov District Court considered the case of the coordinator of the Voice without the presence of Zhilinsky or his lawyer. Zhilinsky told the North. Reali that for fundamental reasons did not use the services of a defender and explained that they were in demand only in normal adversarial processes.
“A lawyer is needed in court, and not in the circus. The Russian district court, go to ***. Let them go with your decision on *** build. These are useless pieces of g *** a. I will not pay them a penny,” Zhilinsky said.
Vladimir Zhilinsky was included in the Russian authorities in the register of "foreign Agents" in October 2021. At that time, he was already a human rights activist known in the Pskov region. Since 2018, he has been a regional coordinator of the Voice movement. In January 2019, after the arrest of Milushkin activists, he created the human rights team “The Disagreement Assistance Group”, which included journalists and human rights activists. The "group" worked at protest events, in the police during detention and in courts.
After introducing the functions of a “foreign agent” to the register, Zhilinsky glued a sheet of paper on the door of the regional control of the Ministry of Justice with the text to label the “inogenic” content - a phrase of 24 words starting with the words “this message”.
On November 16, 2021, the Ministry of Justice drew up a protocol on the Zhilinsky for the fact that when filing a complaint in the election commander, he did not indicate that the Voice was recognized as a “foreign agent”. On March 19, 2022, the Pskov District Court fined Vladimir Zhilinsky for 10 thousand rubles for a photograph in a T -shirt with the inscription "I can handle" and an interview with the North Realia. Zhilinsky shared them on Facebook without marking.
On August 3, 2023, the Ministry of Justice in Pskov drew up a protocol on the Life for the lack of marking in posts. On August 16, 2023, the Ministry of Justice drew up a second protocol in the Zhilinsky for a month. This time, the reason was the report of the "Inoage", which Zhilinsky did not pass.
In December 2021, Zhilinsky, together with his family, left Russia to Georgia. After the start of the war, the activist is engaged in the help of Ukrainian refugees.
