The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov , reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at the village of Urazovo, Valuysky urban district, with Grad shells.

“Cluster munitions hit private residential households and the territory of a farm store. According to preliminary data, there are four victims,” he states in his Telegram channel.

According to Gladkov, all the victims were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. He also added that several houses and cars were damaged.
