In the statement of claim, city prosecutor Emilbek Abdymannapov notes that Kloop Media is not listed in the state media register, and the publication’s materials negatively affect Kyrgyzstan.

“The consequence of the negative impact of Kloop on the socio-economic situation in the border regions of the Batken region is the fact that the flow of internal and external migration from there does not decrease,” the statement says.

It also notes that the publication’s publications contain statements that contain “propaganda of the inferiority of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic compared to the Russian nation,” and also “are of a hostile, humiliating nature towards citizens of Russian nationality.”

In addition, according to the Bishkek prosecutor’s office, Kloop Media, with its reports, generates “emotions of fear, anxiety, despair, panic among a huge mass of people,” who supposedly because of this constantly feel “instability and uncertainty of their social situation, and lose confidence in their abilities.” and hope for the future."

“Gradually, their lot is becoming spiritual depression, hopelessness, melancholy anticipation of the onset of life collapse, leading to the development of social-stress mental disorders with aggressive criminal behavior, sexual anomalies, chemical and non-chemical forms of addiction, suicidal ideation and other disorders of social adaptation,” notes in the document.
