The detention of Jan Petrovsky became known on August 25. 1. "It is necessary to kill slowly"

It became known about the diversion-storm intelligence group (DHRG) in the summer of 2014: this compound consisting of Russian nationalists participated in the battles in the Donbass on the side of the DPR and LPR. In open sources there is information that in Rusica the special forces of the FSKN of the Russian Federation “Thunder” fought in the “Ruscan” [ now - a special purpose detachment (OSN) “Thunder”, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. - approx. Ed. ]. In particular, in the photographs of the Rusich, the fighters of the “thunder”-natives of St. Petersburg, the brothers Konstantin and Boris Voevodina were identified. It is known that both brothers adhere to nationalist views.

“Rusich” was in the operational subordination of one of the leaders of the separatists and the Minister of Defense of the “LPR” Alexander Bednov (“Batman”). Together with the quick response group (GBR), Batman Rusich was involved in battles for the Lugansk airport, in clashes at the settlements of happiness and the village of Lugansk. The fighters of Batman and Rusich shared the hardships and joys (very dubious) of this terrible war.

So, for example, on September 5, 2014, Rusich fighters near the village of Tsvetny Sands in the Luhansk region, together with the Batman GBR, were ambushed on a column of the Ukrainian territorial battalion “Aidar”. As a result, dozens of Ukrainian troops died.

The 36-year-old Jan Petrovsky gained fame precisely after the publication of videos and photos from the ambush on the "Aidarovites". Yang and neo -Nazist Alexei Milchakov (with the callsign “Serb” and “Fritz”), the co -founder of the Rusich group, were photographed next to the burning bodies of Ukrainian soldiers.

DShRG commander Alexei Milchakov, nicknamed Fritz, openly stated that the soldiers captured should be killed, and if there is time, then this must be done slowly.

In the commission of war crimes, Petrovsky himself, not ashamed, admitted in the video that was dispersed on social networks, where he, along with Milchakov, speaks Skype. The video of the conversation was handed over to Ukrainian Pravda one of the fighters of the Aidar battalion. He recorded on the video camera of the Skype-Besed phone of his colleague with the call sign “Valkyrie” and Milchakova, whom Valkyrie lured for a discussion through the VKontakte social network.

2. "War is mine"

Jan Petrovsky was born in 1987 and until 2004, until his own sixteen, lived in Irkutsk. But then his mother married the Norwegian and moved to him in Tensberg. The son went with her and soon received a residence permit in Norway.

There, in Norway, Petrovsky was actively carried away by the ideas of neo -Nazism. In Oslo, he worked in the True Metal Tattoo Studio, which, according to the Norwegian journalist John Ferset, was considered a "regular place of meeting of a group of neo-Nazis from Eastern Europe, who are fond of weapons . In 2005, while Jan Petrovsky was hanging out with Norwegian Nazis, Alexei Milchakov came to similar views in St. Petersburg. The guy at that time was only 15. Already in 2009, Milchaks and his comrades were able to organize a “training base”, from which the Rusich DShRG later came out. In 2012, Alexey joined the army, served in the 76th Guards Airborne Airborne Division of the Airborne Forces. In the same year, Milchakov was widely known thanks to the photo posted in his VK account. In these photographs, he cuts off the living dog his head, and then eats the animal.

Life in Norway, in Petrovsky, went up in 2010, when law enforcement officials raid on a tattoo, where he worked. Local media then wrote that the Oslo police found a group of Russian neo -Nazis armed with five pistols and revolvers, shotgun, ammunition and fake documents in the name of Norwegian troops. Petrovsky was detained, he was released a month later.

After that, the Slavs began to go to Russia more often, where he met Milchakov.

In December 2020, Alexei Milchakov gave an interview to the creator of the nationalist Internet publication "Sputnik and Pogrom" Yegor Prosvirnin. For an hour and a half, they discussed how Rusich formed what he did in Ukraine, the political views of Alexei Milchakov and his attitude to the murders.

“I received [in the army] skills that I wanted to use in reality. And the benefit of the Donbass of 2014 gave me such a great opportunity. And with this the path of “Rusich” as units began. Participated in the hostilities since June 2014. We arrived in Lugansk, first moved to Slavyansk. A friend of the Slavs from Norway, who lived there, also came with a small group of nationalist volunteers from Russia. Arrived in Lugansk, ”said Milchakov Prosvirnin.

Neither Milchakov nor Petrovsky never hid not only their nationalist views, but also the main motivation to participate in the war - the desire to kill.

In an interview with the founder of the nationalist publication “Sputnik and Pogrom”, Yegor Prosvirnin Milchakov, first proudly talked about how the militants from Rusich participated in the battles against the Ukrainian military, and then about how he liked it all:

“For me, it is primary to do what I love, namely, kill the enemy ... for the sake of Russia,” said Milchakov. - He discovered the concept of the fact that war is mine. I like it, this is my comfort zone. Because I know, I can, I do and I will do. ”

The murder of people, indeed, gave a lot of pleasure to Milchakov: “The guys burned, burned at work. Smelled brilliant. The smell - the jaw was red, it smelled perfectly. " So Serb spoke in 2020 in an interview with Prosvirnin about the burned Ukrainian military. In response to this, Prosvirnin admired Milchakov: "[You] such a team of the god of death and his workers who simply do what they know, can and love, kill, kill."

3. "It is not clear for whose interests we will not fight"

On January 1, 2015, an ambush was arranged at the leader of the Batman of Batman, Alexander Bednov, in the subordination of which “Rusich”. Bednov was shot from flamethrower and machine guns. During this attack, the guards accompanying the commander of the Batman GBR died, including at least two Rusich fighters.

According to the most common version, the power of the “LPR”, in particular its then head Igor Plotnitsky, who considered Batman a competitor to the chair of the head of the “republic”, gave the order to destroy it. The performers allegedly were militants of the Wagner PMC.

After the death of Bednov, the DShRG command said that he no longer obeyed the leadership of the "Lugansk People's Republic." An open conflict with the Prime Minister of the “LPR” Igor Plotnitsky forced Rusich to relocate to the neighboring “DPR”, where the formation took part in battles on various directions on the side of the self-proclaimed LPR and the DPR.

“When in 2015 the leadership of the unrecognized republics in order forced the fighters of all independent units to sign contracts with the“ People’s Police ”, the Rusich command refused to do this,” the expert of the DOSSIE center Denis Korotkov tells the New-Europe. - DShRG commanders Alexei Milchakov with the call sign “Serb”, Jan Petrovsky with the call sign “Slavs” and others said that they were not mercenaries and came to the Donbass not to fight for money.

DShRG "Rusich" left the territory of Ukraine at the end of June 2015.

Alexei Milchakov announced on his page on VKontakte that “the group [Rusich” had completed his tasks ”and“ further in such conditions and it is incomprehensible for whose interests we will not fight. ”

However, neither Milchaks nor Petrovsky and did not think to throw their bloody hobby. Immediately after the withdrawal of Rusich from LDNR, Milchakov went to fight in Syria as part of the Wagner PMC, in 2017 this was discovered by the Fontanka publication. The participation of Yana Petrovsky in the Syrian war as part of the ultra -right group, who fought on the side of the Bashar Assad regime, was reported by the Norwegian NRK television company.

In 2016, Jan Petrovsky returned to Norway. It is noteworthy that the Kingdom authorities knew that the Slavs fought in Ukraine, but the process of his deportation and deprivation of a residence permit was launched only in 2016, after he returned there. In the fall of that year, it was deported on the basis of the 126th article of the Law on Immigration as a threat to the country's security.

“The lawyer of Petrovsky is Niels Christian Nurdchus, and it was he who received an official message from the Norwegian Migration Service on October 5, 2016. According to the document, the authorities considered Petrovsky’s connections with the right extremists and his military skills “a threat to important national interests” and in this regard considered the possibility of exposing him from Norway with the deprivation of a residence permit, which Petrovsky had since 2004. Two weeks later, the police came to Petrovsky home; He was detained and soon deported, ” writes journalist Giovanni Pigni.

The deportation from Norway actually meant that the Slavs could not enter the EU territory.

Meanwhile, in November 2016, the International Criminal Court completed a preliminary investigation of the events taking place in Crimea and in Ukraine since November 2013. Mus prepared a report where members of the Rusich were accused of war crimes.

On November 21, a pre -trial investigation of the Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine in relation to Milchakov and Petrovsky: they are charged with participation in a terrorist organization.

4. "Death is not a punishment, but deliverance"

After the beginning of the full -scale invasion of the DShRG "Rusich" as part of the PMC "Wagner" returned to Ukraine.

At the same time, the command in general, if possible, should not be reported to the capture of the enemy. Death, according to the “Ruschi”, for a prisoner enemy should not be a punishment, but deliverance. The bodies of the dead opponents of the Rusich were offered to sell relatives, and with the proceeds to purchase equipment and weapons for the group. Because of them, we were all smeared with shit, like real fascists. There would be my will - I would disarm it and put their entire group into the basement.

State Duma deputy Anatoly Wasserman, actively supporting the war in Ukraine, sent a request to the Investigative Committee and Prosecutor General of Russia in July 2022 with a request to conduct an audit against Rusich and Personally Milchakov because of possible war crimes committed by DHRG fighters. The results of the audit, if it was generally carried out, are unknown.

For the cruelty shown in 2022, Alexei Milchakov and Jan Petrovsky were included in US sanctions lists.

In the same year, they fell into the sanctions lists of the EU, Japan and New Zealand, and in 2020–2021 - in the sanctions lists of Great Britain, Switzerland, Australia and Ukraine.

According to our source in the LPR, at the moment, the number of DHRG can be about 100 people, the group does not play a serious role at the front. In the summer of 2022, the formation took part in the battles in the Kharkov direction, for example, under the city of Izum. In the purchase of ammunition and equipment “Rusich”, the “Union of Volunteers of Donbass” helps. In addition, it is known about the participation of Milchakov and his accomplices in fraudulent schemes with cyber -ditching money raised in Ukraine with charitable funds.

5. "We will feast!"

The Slavs, of course, fought in Ukraine as part of Rusich and after February 24, 2022.

On June 18 last year in St. Petersburg, the funeral of Alexei Pozharov, known under the call sign “Stone”, which volunteered for war in Ukraine and died there, took place. The Fontanka publication led a report from the funeral, and Jan Petrovsky was there. The publication gives Slavyan's performance at the funeral:

On July 19, 2023, Jan Petrovsky crossed the border between St. Petersburg and Finland by car.
