Details. According to investigators, the company illegally included in the register and managed 113 houses in the Moscow district of St. Petersburg. The company has falsified the minutes of the residents of residents, and did not provide services for which residents received monthly accounts. As a result, residents of houses owed to resource supplying organizations over 47 million rubles. Now the Pulkovo estate should cover this debt.
