Details. They plan to build a two -story parking lot on the site of ground parking near the playground of a residential building. According to the residents, initially the developer had to hand over the building with underground parking, but did not do it.

Owners of apartments in the house on Ushinsky note that in the planned parking there will not be enough parking spaces for all residents. Dalpiterstroy wants to finish the parking construction, because he did not fulfill the initial obligations to the city - did not make an underground parking in the house.

On August 16, construction equipment entered the territory of the LCD for the first time, and later the developer tried to put a change house. However, the residents did not allow this to do this. They also hung on common balconies the banner "Developer in Law".

Conflict. Dalpiterstroy plans to appeal in court the decision of Rosreestr to transfer the territory on Ushinsky Street to common property. After that, he will be able to start building parking without the permission of the residents of the LCD.

One of the residents of the house Anatoly Beresnev told Paper that the owners of the apartments managed to transfer the building into the status of common -house possession only in June 2022. Moreover, it was supposed to be in this status at the time of delivery of the house in 2017.

Residents decided to change the status in 2021 after they learned about the plan of the developer about creating parking near their house.

Complaints. Anatoly Bernev informed Paper that Petersburgers wrote complaints to the administration of St. Petersburg, to the governor of the city Alexander Beglov, as well as the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee.

In Smolny they were told to contact the district administration. However, local authorities do not come in contact with residents. The residents have not received the answer from the security forces.
