Details. Initially, Kasintsev was charged with non -classification of a crime (205.6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) for a number of especially serious articles - including failure to prepare or commit the attack. The maximum of this article can be punished by deprivation of liberty for a year.
According to the United press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg, on July 6, Kasintsev was charged with a new charge, which was not known before. Now he is charged with hiding a particularly serious crime (part 2 of article 316 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). This one is more stringent: the maximum punishment is two years of imprisonment.
Context. According to investigators, Kasintsev realized Trepova’s involvement in a particularly serious crime - and still allowed him to stay in his apartment, and also lied to the police twice that he had no girl at home.
Since April 13, Kasintsev has been under house arrest. On September 5, the Vyborg District Court extended him a preventive measure until October 11.
Daria Trepova is accused of producing explosives in a cafe, where, as a result of the attack, militarycorn Vladlen Tatarsky died. On August 25, the court extended the arrest of Trepova until December 2.
