Ksenia and Anna Cherepanov, as well as Viktor Shalyakin, were later released, having been charged under the administrative law of disobedience to the police.

In Gelendzhik, election observers were given summonses to the military registration and enlistment office right at the polling stations. They were received by Igor Ogorodnikov and Alexey Lobanov. This was reported by the telegram channel of the Gelendzhik Municipal Control Center with reference to the city’s military commissar Sergei Kozlov.

“Those who evaded appearing at the military registration and enlistment office turned out to be participants in the election process. If citizens had come to the military registration and enlistment office on Friday, no one would have distracted them from their work on the commission. By the way, such summonses are distributed to Gelendzhi residents every day,” he said.

The day before, Ogorodnikov wrote three complaints about the work of the election commission at polling station No. 940. In particular, he complained that nothing was visible from the observer’s position, and also said that members of the PEC signed for the residents in the voters’ book. Ogorodnikov later stated that after the end of voting, before the PEC members began packing ballots into safe bags, he was kicked out of the polling station.

I was outraged by this. They immediately threatened to take me to the police station and started filming me. I approached the woman who was hiding behind the camera (as it turned out later, she was from the council), extended my hand to her and asked her to open her face. They called the police,” the lawyer relayed the story of Muscovite Alfiya (Alla) Salakhova. She was a member of the election commission in another district of the capital. According to the publication, Salakhova is charged with petty hooliganism and disobedience to the police (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code)
