In Krasnoyarsk, security forces detained a local customs officer. He allegedly distributed leaflets from the “Freedom of Russia” legion, a volunteer unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in which immigrants from Russia fight on the side of Ukraine. this TASS reports , citing its own sources.

In turn, the telegram channel “Caution, News” clarifies that the detainee is 48 years old, more than 20 of which he served in the customs authorities. Security officials claim that at the end of August he joined the telegram chat of the “Freedom of Russia” legion, and then began distributing leaflets in Krasnoyarsk calling for people to join this unit.

The Shot telegram channel writes that the man was detained on September 5 when he was posting these leaflets. A criminal case was opened against him under articles on public calls for terrorism and participation in the activities of a terrorist organization. In turn, TASS adds that the detainee allegedly also transferred the data of customs officers to the Freedom of Russia Legion.
