Alexei Navalny wrote that he was once again sent to a punishment cell (punishment cell) and was not given permission to call his wife and children or visit his parents. A post about this appeared on the politician’s social networks.
“They sent me to the punishment cell again for the 19th time. I count 220 days in total as my credit,” writes Navalny.
According to him, after another verdict was handed down to him on August 4, the court decided to arrest him. He will remain in this status until he is transferred to a new special regime colony. Navalny writes that in this case, the issue of visits, calls and transfers is decided by the court, and not by the colony leadership.
“In the Moscow city court, we must give them their due, they were given permission to call my wife and mother and to meet with my mother and father. I was terribly happy: I would see my parents. And I didn’t talk to Yulia and the children like that at all for almost a year and a half. But I was happy early. Looking at the papers from the court, the authorities of my colony said: we don’t give a damn about your Moscow court and its papers. Let them put at least 100 stamps on them. We decided that you will have no visits, no calls, no programs,” he notes.
The leadership of the colony, as the opposition politician writes, contrary to the court decision, did not allow him to call his wife and children.
