Kim Jong-un is expected to meet with Vladimir Putin in Vladivostok. According to the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, the meeting will take place in the next few days, including in a one-on-one format, and no press conference is planned.

During the negotiations, the leaders of the two countries will discuss issues of bilateral cooperation between Russia and the DPRK in various fields, the situation in the region and international affairs. Peskov noted that, if necessary, issues related to UN Security Council sanctions will also be raised.

Earlier, Western media wrote that during their meeting, Kim Jong-un and Putin will discuss the supply of North Korean artillery shells and anti-tank missiles to Russia. According to American intelligence, Russian and North Korean authorities have long been negotiating the supply of weapons for the war in Ukraine.
