Mythology

A political journalist today is, alas, an assignor. But he, poor man, wants cleanliness and heights. Therefore, before diving into the cesspool of the surrounding reality, to Olympus!

The Soviet people really existed. Until 1991, for sure. But with the disappearance of the Soviet Union, he did not disappear. He remained and not all yet died out. He raised children, grandchildren who inherited not only the remnants of the territory, industry and science. The main thing is that we inherited the language, and with it (and inside it) a whole world of concepts, meanings, symbols. There, of course, the mat, the thieves' Fenya, and the thieves jargon. But there is also philosophy, mythology, world culture.

This is precisely the fortress that the authorities are constantly trying to take, but cannot. The walls of this fortress are surprisingly arranged. For Vysotsky, Galich, Nabokov, Okudzhava, Pushkin, etc. These walls do not exist; So no walls (except, maybe Kremlin) are not an air barrier.

And the speeches of all the leaders, all the Secretary Generals and presidents - no matter how you wrap them with TV compressors, radio, newspapers - do not pass through these walls. At all times, in all countries, nations crave justice. Especially thirsty where it is not enough; And everything is stronger where it is not. And when in some country the rebels want to come to power and move troops to the capital, they call this “march of justice”; They know for sure that everyone wants justice - democrats, conservatives, left, right.

They always dreamed of justice and appreciated highly. In ancient mythology, the goddess of justice was called Astra. And you know who her parents were? Zeus and Femis are the king of the gods and the goddess of justice. Perfect political family: Supreme Ruler, Justice and Justice.

Sviridenko. You know, in a market where very serious disputes are decided every day, they are better not to know them.

Sviridenko. Yesterday I joined the case that it was falsified. As for the three judges, I, of course, can attach, show what things they had, I have. I do not consider it necessary to do this. I don’t even know the first two. I know Nemov. But these new judges ... Well, how do you imagine: the chairman of the collegium calls the judges - is it a great honor? They can be confused there so that they will lose the phone. If this is necessary, then any leader who is present here has another resource: there are chairmen of courts, deputies. Therefore, no one ever gains judges and does not call, including me. This is falsification.

Shocking recognition. We all know about the named "resource", guess. But not news is important here, but the recognition of the chairman of the judicial board on the economic disputes of the Supreme Court in that he uses the “resource”.

QUESTION. Oleg Mikhailovich, in the formation of a managerial system in the legislative system, there are cases when you actively support candidates for the position of judges and chairmen of the courts of persons who have previously refused the President of the Russian Federation in appointment or simply professionally not prepared for these positions.

Sviridenko. The refusal is different. And those who were denied a conflict of interests and removed the question through the Council of Judges, we really support them again. As for non -professional, you need to call specifically people who are not professionals.

QUESTION. I just can’t understand the phrase that you just said that you do not call the judges because they can drop the phone. For this, you supposedly have another technique.

Sviridenko. Perhaps there may be interaction with the chairman.

QUESTION. Explain this phrase, I did not understand something. And to whom are you calling?

Sviridenko. I’m not talking about calls, but that the information interaction is permissible with the chairmen of the courts regarding not the affairs of specific, any stories, any situations. For example, complaints received. I mean it. And I do not discuss specific affairs at all.

QUESTION. Why should judges drop the phone?

Sviridenko. From the surprise of the call of the chairman of the board. It happens. Maybe not to drop it.

Calls not for specific matters? About the weather? For clarifications of theoretical questions, they do not call “down”. On the contrary, in difficult cases, the judge appeals to the decisions of the Supreme Court. The explanations call "up". “Down” usually call to give an indication, order.

Sviridenko said that his call is a great honor for the judge. With such arrogance, calls “to consult” are excluded. High -size with the lower ones in the discussion does not enter. Gives a team, and that’s it.

A neat interrogation was not conducted by journalists, not human rights activists. The questions were mainly asked by N.V. Timoshin is the chairman of the VKKS - and high officials of the Supreme Court. But even he answers him evasively and irritated. And they, knowing that in the press hall, avoid calling some of the spokes with their names. Probably not to defeat your diocese. If this trial took place in some strict Congress, it would be enough to ask: which of the chairmen of lower courts did you call recently? Give at least one example. Ivanov? And what were you talking about with him? What are the general issues? And then directly from the meeting room to call this Ivanov: "Answer, what Sviridenko recently spoke to you." And that's it.

The unprofitable struggle for the posts of the deputy chairman of the Armed Forces and the head of the Economic College of the Armed Forces, where they are decided (either they are not resolved, or somehow strangely resolved multi-millionaire disputes)-not the only trouble in the biography of Sviridenko.

In 2015, Dissernet applied to the scientific community with a statement on the deprivation of Sviridenko to the degree of Doctor of Law. In his dissertation, according to Dissernet, 138 pages were supposedly discovered, let’s say, incorrect borrowing.

On the same day, the Presidential Decree of Sviridenko was made by Deputy Minister of Justice, where exactly he “oversees foreign agents”.

Государственные ошибки

Государство — аппарат принуждения. Даже если государство декларирует какую-то «справедливость», то, во-первых, не обязательно соблюдает свои обещания, во-вторых, понимает справедливость по-своему, в своих интересах.

Государственная справедливость — это что-то совсем иное, чем простая человеческая справедливость.

Там, где главный признак — государственность, всё приобретает особый, подчас шокирующе обратный смысл.

Сравните: «дума» — размышление, мысль; обычные эпитеты: глубокая, печальная, высокая. Совсем другое дело — «Государственная дума»: она всякая, но не высокая, не глубокая.

Государственная справедливость — примеры известны.

В СССР с 1918 по 1987 год государственная справедливость отправила на тот свет десятки миллионов людей; точное число жертв не узнаем никогда.

Государство может ошибаться. Ошибки человека, даже если он адский маньяк, стоят жизни нескольким десяткам жертв. Ошибки государства — десяткам миллионов.
