Actor Danila Kozlovsky sued Vitaliy Borodin 1 ruble in a lawsuit about the protection of honor and dignity. On the website of the Presnensky court of Moscow, the case card indicates that the claim is partially satisfied. The decision has not yet entered into force.

Recall that Kozlovsky filed a lawsuit against Borodin back in April, but then the court did not accept it on formal grounds (there were no comprehensive data about the defendant in the statement). The reason was Borodin’s publication in his telegram channel complaints to the Prosecutor General, in which he stated that Kozlovsky allegedly publicly condemned the fighting in Ukraine. A couple of days later, Borodin added that he asked the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Vladimir Kolokoltsev to check Kozlovsky for extremism after the “calls to the anti -government actions and supporting the ideas of Alexei Navalny” allegedly expressed in an interview. ”

A week later, TASS said that the Moscow prosecutor's office began verification on the statement of Borodin.

Vitaly Borodin, whose indefatigable activity was already talking about this year, posted in his channel with 160 thousand subscribers more than a dozen publications about Kozlovsky, including expressing suspicions of the presence of the US citizenship.

Danila Kozlovsky answered in detail the accusations against him also in the telegram channel, saying that the words about going to rallies that excited the scammer were said on the set of the historical series “Karamor” before the marshmallows, when Kozlovsky explained their acting task for them, except the Russian one, he never had to go to his child in the United States.

As a result, the artist sued, demanding to recover a symbolic ruble from the scammer for damage to honor, dignity and business reputation.

Vitaly Borodin is a former Lipetsk boxer, nicknamed Vital Square, who calls himself the head of the "Federal Project for Security and Combating Corruption." He regularly complains to various state bodies of cultural figures: Leah Akhedzhakov, Alla Pugacheva, Lima Vaikule, Slepakova Semyon, Diana Arbenina. Until the April of this year, he was a regular in political talk shows until he conflict with NTV Andrei Norkin. He cut off Borodin's reasoning about Akhedzhakova, whom the scammer accused of Gosomen. After that, Borodin demanded the Prosecutor General to bring the television channel to administrative responsibility for supposedly obscene abuse on the air.
