The arrested observer in Golenjik elections stated that his cellmates could be beaten by police officers

The observer in the elections from the Communist Party in Gelendzhik Igor Ogorodnikov, who was arrested for a day under the article on disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), announced the possible beating of his cellmates in a special receptionist. According to Ogorodnikov, two cellmates told him about beatings from the police. One of them returned to the camera after a 40-minute communication with security forces with traces of handcuffs on their hands and following the ring on the forehead. According to the arrested, the police wanted him to admit the murder.

The second cellmate told Ogorodnikov that he was detained in the case of the disappearance of his colleague. According to the observer, the police could beat the arrested. The security forces probably wanted to make sure that the man did not kill the disappeared, suggested the gardeners.

In addition, according to the observer, the police sent one of the arrested to the cell without drawing up a protocol on the detention.

On the last day of the election, September 10, the precinct election commission called the police so that the vequers would be expelled from the site - he allegedly tried to find out the data of voters.
