The head of North Korea Kim Jong -un completed his visit to Russia. His armored train went to the DPRK from the Artyom-Primorsky-1 station, state Russian media said .
During the six-day visit of the North Korean leader between the DPRK and Russia, no official agreements were signed. At least publicly about signing bilateral documents was not reported.
Kim Jong -un arrived in Russia by train on Tuesday, September 12. This is his first foreign visit since 2019, then he also came to Russia. On September 13, his meeting was held with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Vostochny cosmodrome in the Amur Region.

The Western media before Kim’s visit and in his course, with reference to sources, reported that he could negotiate with the Russian authorities about bilateral cooperation in the military sector - including the supply of North Korean weapons and ammunition to Russia for use in the war against Ukraine. Such deliveries would contradict international sanctions against the DPRK. In Washington, they warned that in the event of such supplies, the United States would impose additional sanctions against both Pyongyan and Moscow.
Russian officials did not directly refute the possibility of such supplies, saying only that Russia is observing its obligations. Putin said that they will not send North Korean mercenaries to the front to Ukraine.
- The Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the possible supply of weapons, said that Russia will build relationships with neighbors, "how beneficial to her and neighbors."
