Media: The Ministry of Construction of Russia spent 9 billion rubles on fakes about Ukraine

The Prochrevskaya organization of ANO "Dialog" received about 9 billion rubles from the budget of the Ministry of Digital Development to distribute fakes about the war in Ukraine only in 2023, the investigators of "Medusa", "important stories" and The Bell found out .

ANO "Dialog" was created by the Moscow authorities at the end of 2019 to improve "feedback" with residents of the city. However, as noted in the investigation, later the functions of the organization have expanded. The organization was engaged in informing about the situation with the Covid-19, and later promotion of voting on amendments to the Constitution.

"Dialog" also oversees public authorities and state institutions: pages of governors, city administrations, regional ministries, schools, kindergartens. As noted in the investigation, the pages of state bodies in social networks have become an excellent base for the spread of propaganda.

The company head is Vladimir Tabak - one of the associates of the first deputy head of the presidential administration Sergei Kiriyenko. After the start of the full -scale invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine, the new direction of the “Dialogue” was the creation of fake news about Ukraine and Ukrainians

As journalists write, referring to the reports of "Dialogue", the organization came up with and distributed fakes that:

• Armed Forces of Ukraine sold their awards on ebay;
• Ukrainian soldiers are given tablets that increase aggression;
• The Ukrainian authorities turned out to be owners of expensive real estate in Switzerland;
• The fact that in Poland Ukrainian refugees offer "humiliating" vacancies - like "animal masturbator";
• that the mobilization of women began in Ukraine;

About 60 people were engaged in the distribution of such fakes, representatives of the Primmnevsky telegram channel Readovka, as well as Mash, came to meetings at the Office of the Dialogue, as the investigators found out. According to two interlocutors, among the contractors of the "dialogue"-the channels of Vladimir Solovyov and the pro-Russian military commissars Boris Ruzhin and Daniil Bezsonov, as well as the telegram channels "War with Fakes" and "Lapsha Media".

In 2022, the Dialog was transferred more than 50 million rubles in the ROCK Media company, which belongs to Elena Berdovo, a relative of the ex -husband of the propagandist Christina Anton Berdov, the investigators write.

• In July, the European Union included the ANO "Dialog" in the sanctions list. The EU document says that the "dialogue" is related to the telegram channels of Readovka and the "war with fakes" that distribute Russian propaganda. The European Union believes that the organization threatens the integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
• The sanctions were also imposed against the head of the development department of the strategic directions of ANO "Dialog" Timofey Vasiliev (Timofei Vi), who, as stated in the document, is conducted by the "War with Fakes" channel.
