Rules for providing consultations

During an individual consultation, you can discuss issues related to the situation of your organization or project and receive recommendations that are right for you.

To receive a consultation, you must share the values ​​of Teplitz :

1. Sharing the principles of a democratic society , respectful communication and participatory decision-making;
2. Respect and acceptance of human rights and freedoms;
3. Desire to strengthen civil society in your country;
4. Respect for the principles of diversity , equality and equity, and rejection of discrimination or violence;
5. Openness to new experiences, knowledge, experiments - learning from others.

• orally on a platform of your choice

The duration of oral consultations is from 30 to 60 minutes. To receive oral consultations, you must have a computer or phone with working headphones and a microphone with Zoom installed. A device with a wide screen (laptop, tablet, desktop computer) is preferable.

Moderation of requests

• consultants have the right to refuse consultation if they understand that the applicant’s activities contradict the values ​​of Teplitsa;
• consultants can offer a different consultation format (written instead of oral or vice versa).

Privacy and protection of sensitive information

All Greenhouse consultations are subject to protection of personal and sensitive information. The entire content of the consultation remains between you and the consultant. Information that remains in the Teplitsa system: date of consultation, name (no surname) of the person being consulted, contact address, general category of consultation.

Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting a request for a consultation, you give your consent to Teplice of Social Technologies to process, including automated, your personal data. The specified personal data is provided for the purpose of carrying out charitable activities, as well as the development by Teplitz of social technologies of new events, projects, programs of a non-profit (charitable) nature and informing about these events, programs and projects. Consent is granted from the moment of signing and is valid for five years. Upon expiration of the specified period, the validity of the consent is considered extended for every next five years in the absence of a written withdrawal from the subject.

How to sign up for a written consultation

1. Select a topic for consultation.
2. Fill out the registration form.
3. A Greenhouse representative will contact you within 4 business days.
4. If you don't receive a response, check your spam.

How to make an appointment for an oral consultation

At the moment, oral consultations are available on the topic of digital and integrated security.

1. Choose a topic.
2. Select the convenient type of consultation “oral”.
3. Select a time from the available slots. Attention: the consultation is considered confirmed only after receiving a message confirming the consultation with a link to the Zoom call. Choose your call time responsibly. Do not choose a consultation time when you will be on the road. Do not choose a consultation time that you are unsure about.
4. You will receive a confirmation by mail. If you do not receive a confirmation immediately, please check your Spam folder and add [email protected] to your contacts.
5. Wait for a consultation.
6. Follow the link 2-3 minutes before the start. Choose a quiet place where you can clearly hear the consultant and where you can talk calmly, especially if it comes to some sensitive things.
7. After the consultation, you will receive a letter asking you to evaluate the quality of the consultation. We ask you to answer it as objectively as possible.
8. After the consultation, you can sign up for the next one.
