The festival will be held in Moscow on December 2–4 parallel to the exhibition-fair of intellectual literature Non/Fictio No. 18 .

The second report, made by the author’s team edited by Kirill Rogov, the previous one was released in mid -2014 and covered the period from the 2012 presidential election to the spring of 2014. This report is dedicated to the “post-Crimean” period in the political development of Russia and considers the mechanisms and institutions of authoritarian consolidation-tightening the political regime in Russia in the context of the growing economic and foreign policy instability.
