November 2 at 19:00-discussion of the concept of the International Literary Festival “Living Word: Post-Babel Condition” (ISWAF)

The festival will be held in Moscow on December 2–4 parallel to the exhibition-fair of intellectual literature Non/Fictio No. 18 .

Experts: Oleg Nikiforov, one of the initiators of the festival, Ksenia Golubovich (literary prize named after Alexander Pyatigorsky).

Meetings with modern research historians at a free historical university, opened in 2015 by free historical society and Memorial, and the cycle of conversations “Historian behind the workbench”, monthly conducted in the conference hall of the International Memorial.

(in the project of the Foundation "Liberal Mission")

The second report, made by the author’s team edited by Kirill Rogov, the previous one was released in mid -2014 and covered the period from the 2012 presidential election to the spring of 2014. This report is dedicated to the “post-Crimean” period in the political development of Russia and considers the mechanisms and institutions of authoritarian consolidation-tightening the political regime in Russia in the context of the growing economic and foreign policy instability.
