There are protests in Yerevan for the third day in a row over Nagorno-Karabakh. There were clashes with the police

On the Republic Square in Yerevan in front of the government building of Armenia on the evening of September 21, a large protest took place demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

The protesters gathered at the government building, from where they began to march through the city streets, dividing into several groups. They began to block roads, and the police made arrests. Demonstrators chanted “Nikol is a traitor!”

After the march, activists returned to the government, where clashes broke out with the police. As a Meduza correspondent reports, the police are making harsh arrests. The police have built several rows of cordon around the government building and are asking not to commit illegal actions, otherwise they promise to use special means.

According to RIA Novosti, 46 people were detained near the government building.
