Dani Milokhin's adoptive father complained of pressure from the Anapa mayor's office, which demanded the demolition of houses on his site

The adoptive father of tiktoker Dani Milokhin, Dmitry Tyulenev, spoke about pressure from the Anapa mayor’s office, which wants to demolish the houses on his site. He published a corresponding video message on his Instagram and asked for help from lawyers. Tyulenev called what was happening “custom persecution.”

The man reported that police officers came to his home looking for Danya Milokhin in order to give him a summons to the military registration and enlistment office. Shortly after this, the Anapa mayor's office asked the court to demolish two buildings - Tyulenev's own house and the house of his parents - which are located on land owned by him. The authorities explained this by saying that the buildings allegedly violated urban planning regulations and demanded, among other things, that the wall of one of the buildings be moved by three meters. At the same time, according to Tyulenev, an inspection carried out at his site in 2019 did not reveal any violations. The buildings themselves were built in the 1940s and did not cause any complaints from officials.

Tyulenev also complained that the city authorities closed his store, which was “the only normal source of income.” He added that local lawyers refuse to defend him because they “understand the risks.” Tyulenev said that the authorities are deliberately trying to distract him so that he “cannot defend Danya.”

TikToker Danya Milokhin left Russia in the fall of 2022. On one of the streams, he sang the Ukrainian anthem and also recorded “Diss on Channel One.” He was actively criticized by Russian propagandists.

At the beginning of September, Telegram channels and some media outlets wrote that the TikToker had returned to Russia. The head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, appealed to the Ministry of Defense with a request to draft Milokhin into the army. After this, the blogger left Russia again.

RIA Novosti, citing a source , reported that Milokhin was put on the wanted list at the request of the Anapa military registration and enlistment office, but this information was later denied by TASS.
