In Belgorod, a suspect in a set of Z-installations was detained. He was taken to the forest and tortured, threatening to chop off his legs

In Belgorod, the 28-year-old resident of Kaliningrad was detained by Ilya C., who is suspected of arson of installation in the form of the letter Z. He said that after the detention the unknown took him into the forest, where they tortured several hours. This was his lawyer Evgeny Suslov reported to the new tab.

Kaliningrad was detained in Belgorod on September 19, the day after the arson of installation. According to the lawyer, Ilya was stopped by five people in civilian clothes when he went to the store: they took his hands and put him in a black Mercedes. There, Ilya put on the bag, and hands were handcuffed. All personal belongings were taken from him, including the keys to the room in which he lived in Belgorod.

None of those present in the car introduced himself and did not explain the reason for the detention. While the car was driving in an unknown direction, Ilya was beaten in the face and different parts of the body, asking, "he has a curator." According to the detainee, after 15-20 minutes he was brought to the forest, where he was tortured for 4-5 hours.

Ilya C. said that he was pulled out of the car, then dragged it back, while using a stun gun. According to the man, he was shocked more than 200 times and threatened to chop off his legs.

“The handcuffs in my hands were tightened so much that my hematomas formed. A wooden object laid me under my feet, and one of the men with an ax in their hands threatened that he would cut off my legs, but they did not do this [...] Men also used a gas burner, which was brought to me to the back of the back to a naked body. In total, I was inflicted on more than 50 strokes with hands and legs on various parts of my body. At one of the moments, my legs poured me with some kind of combustible mixture and said that my legs would be set on fire now. Also repeatedly my legs were doused with water, to which the stun gun was immediately brought to, and it was much more painful for me, ”Ilya said.

According to him, the men continued to ask who his curator is. He replied that he had no curators. Among other things, the unknown wiped the back and hands of Ilya with an object resembling laundry soap, put this object in his hands and clamped. Ilya believes that these were several items similar to a manual grenade and a TNT saber, which he later found during a search. Ilya denies that these things belong to him.

Ilya also informed the lawyer that the men told him exactly what testimony he should give in his position, and recorded a video with him on a mobile. They forced him to say that he does not want to live in Russia and "negatively refers to the policy and ideology of our state." The video did not appear in public access, writes New tab.

After torture in the forest, Ilya was brought to a search of the rooms where he lived before getting out of the car, he spent a few more hours with a bag on his head. The people who tried it during the search put on the heads of the Balaklava closing faces. In the evening, Ilya was brought to the police department No. 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belgorod. There he was held before the interrogation began, which took place on September 20.

Suslova’s lawyer said that when Ilya was brought into the investigator’s office, he could hardly move, there were numerous abrasions, bruises, hematomas and traces of a stamper on his body. She removed all the injuries to the phone and filed a request for a medical examination by Ilm. He was satisfied.

Ilya brought a criminal case against vandalism based on political and ideological hatred (Article 214 of the Criminal Code), he was elected a preventive measure in the form of a “obligation to turn out to be”, but the security forces were never released. On the evening of September 20, the police issued his detention in a new criminal case - on the illegal acquisition and storage of explosives (Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code). On September 23, Ilya was supposed to choose a preventive measure, but the meeting did not take place due to the petition of the Suslovaya to make additional documents. Ilya must be elected a preventive measure on Monday, September 25.

Z-installation in Belgorod was set on fire on September 18. Soon the fire was extinguished by a car passing by the motorist with the help of his own fire extinguisher. The mayor of Belgorod Valentin Demidov said that "the structure was practically not injured."
