A monologue about the imperfection of the system and the search for harmony with the world
Natalya Fedorova lives in the city of Bezhetsk, this is the Tver region. She used to work as an investigator in the police, but at 37 she retired and opened a shelter for several hundred dogs. Journalists of the Wind project went to her and talked about the imperfection of the police system, love for animals and attempts to find harmony with the world that stands on the edge.
