The first appeal court upheld the sentences to the opposition policy Alexei Navalny and former technical director of the Navalny Live channel Daniel Cold.

In August, the Moscow City Court found Navalny guilty of creating an extremist community, calls for extremism and its financing, sentencing the opposition to the 19 years of the colony of special regime.
