In Dagestan, two people died in a shootout. Among the dead is a police officer

Two people, including the head of the logistics department of the Levashinsky police department, were killed in a shootout in Dagestan, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the republic reports.

The shootout occurred at approximately 17:30 in the village of Levashi. According to preliminary police information, in addition to the two killed during the shooting, several more people were wounded. In total, according to police , at least 20 people took part in the shootout.

The surviving participants in the incident fled in four cars. The Ministry of Internal Affairs published a photograph of one of the suspects - 26-year-old resident of Levashov Bagaudin Gusengadzhiev. The Mash telegram channel claims that he is injured.

According to the Baza publication, Gusengadzhiev participated in an altercation between several men during the reconciliation of families. A police officer tried to resolve the conflict, after which shooting began. “112” writes that the participants in the incident pinned police officers on their cars and started shooting. The police returned fire.

Update. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan reported that three wanted participants in the shootout were detained. The department has put Murad Gusengadzhiev, a resident of the village of Levashi, on the wanted list.
