In St. Petersburg, police detained local picketer Vitaly Ioffe, who came out to the Akademicheskaya metro station with a poster in support of Olga Smirnova, a participant in the “anti-war cause.” This was told by OVD-Info lawyer Sergei Podolsky, who went to help the detainee.
According to SOTA, the poster read “Olga Smirnova - 6 years for the fight against fascism and war. For the truth".
Ioffe was brought to OP No. 6. It is not yet known what they plan to charge him with.
