Moscow and Petersburg

On the website of the Moscow City Hall, according to Dossier, a 434-page document with a list of special consumers of electricity was published-those who in no case can be disconnected from energy supply. He, as the journalists note, was signed by the head of the housing and communal services department Vyacheslav Torsunov and the director of Mosenergosbyt Andrei Kovalev, and also approved the metropolitan mayor Sergei Sobyanin. “Dossier” notes that in this document information about all Moscow military units, institutions and organizations of the Ministry of Defense indicated the addresses of the units.

From the document on the city hall, it follows that the most objects in the capital belongs to the Federal Security Service (FSO). They are listed behind the military unit 66631. There are as obvious places - all the troops of the Kremlin, Tynitsky Garden, Crimean and Bolshaya Stone Bridges, Alexander Garden, Vasilyevsky descent, and hidden. These include a building located at the Teplostan passage, house 1. According to the “dossier”, the purpose of this building is unknown, but its territory is carefully guarded.

According to Bellingcat, the complex where this building is located belongs to the FSB-2 of the Russian FSB-among other things, they are developing poisonous substances. Employees of the special services worked there who monitored the opposition politician Alexei Navalny and were involved in the poisoning of the nerve poison of the Novice family.

There are probably intelligence officers or FSO officers mixed with ordinary people.

Some documents have complete information about secret facilities - not only the numbers of military units, but even the purpose of structures. This is the list of the Leningrad region. In the same document, the objects of the Ministry of Defense and the FSB are not mentioned in the same document bordering the Belgorod region with Ukraine. And in the border of the Bryansk region, all the addresses of the “offices” of the FSB, including objects of border guards, are meticulously listed. There is also information about the location of military units. In particular, it is known that at least one “mobile temporary point” is located in the village of Necleitsa.

The same list of the Chechen Republic, which was approved by Ramzan Kadyrov, lists only hospitals, schools and kindergartens - no military units or conspiratorial apartments of security forces. And in North Ossetia - Alania, the FSB special objects are in almost every village.

Information about the deployment of military units, the location of regime and especially important objects relate to state secret. A specific list of data that can be used against the security of Russia is contained in the order of the FSB dated November 4, 2022 No. 547. For disclosure of this information, criminal liability faces.
