In Ulyanovsk, three students were injured due to an emergency alarm at a school, reports city mayor Alexander Boldakin.

As the authorities clarified, due to a power outage at school 64 on Novosondetsky Boulevard, the fire alarm went off, causing three 5th grade students - a girl and two boys - to panic and jump out of a second-floor window. As a result, according to Boldakin, the girl broke her leg, one boy had bruises, and the second had a suspected broken heel.

The Ulyanovsk administration is conducting an inspection. In addition, the regional Ministry of Education also announced plans to conduct an inspection in a conversation with TASS .

As reports Baza , the alarm went off due to an “emergency situation” at the Ulyanovsk CHPP-2 - the alarm warned students and school staff about the threat of a terrorist attack. Telegram channel “112” claims that one of the victims is suspected of having a compression fracture of the spine.

This morning, the Ulyanovsk administration spoke about an “emergency situation” at the local CHPP-2, due to which part of the city was left without electricity. In particular, due to the incident, trolleybuses stopped working, and water supply facilities also stopped working. Later, city authorities reported that power supply had been partially restored.
