The decision on the fine was made by the city's Central District Court. Sakharov was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules of participation in public events (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). It is likely that he was given a sentence below the lowest limit, since Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses provides for fines ranging from 150 to 300 thousand rubles.

They are accused of humiliating the human dignity of a social group (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code) and calls for anti-state activities (Part 3 of Article 280.4 of the Criminal Code).

Daineko, who entered into a pre-trial agreement, was sentenced to four years in a general regime colony in May. The case of Kamardin and Shtovba is now being considered in the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow.

The investigation believes that on September 25, 2022, Artem Kamardin read the verse “Kill me, militia!” The work, according to security officials, contained “linguistic signs of humiliation of the dignity of the militias who took part in hostilities in the LPR and DPR.” Daineko and Shtovba “repeated Kamardin’s work out loud and raised their hands up.”

The reason for the case about calls for anti-state activity was a post in the Mayakov Readings telegram channel announcing an event on September 25, which also published information about the need to “resist” partial mobilization: not to pick up summonses and not go to military registration and enlistment offices.
