As investigators note, the majority of Moscow facilities “designed to ensure military security, protection from foreign intelligence services and dangerous crime” are concentrated in the specially protected natural area of ​​Serebryany Bor. Here, despite the construction ban, as the Dossier writes, the mansions of Patriarch Kirill, head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, presidential envoy to the Far East Igor Trutnev, billionaires Vagit Alekperov and Vladimir Yevtushenkov, as well as other “wealthy and influential Russians” are located .

Some objects in Serebryany Bor, according to investigators, are directly connected with the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Dossier notes that they, as a rule, are not listed in the land registry.

The documents published on the regional websites indicate which objects are directly related to the security forces or the military - the numbers of military units and the purpose of the structures are indicated: headquarters, barracks, communications center, ammunition depot. As the Dossier center writes, in this way, for example, it was possible to understand that the building at 5 Leningradsky Prospekt, building 8 and half of the building 91 on Profsoyuznaya Street are registered with the Foreign Intelligence Service.

In some buildings, separate apartments are indicated that cannot be disconnected from the power supply. They, according to the Dossier, are also connected with law enforcement agencies - the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the GRU, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the SVR and others. Investigators assume that employees of these departments live there.

The “Dossier” notes that the largest number of sensitive objects, the coordinates of which were published by the Moscow mayor’s office, are assigned to military unit 66631. The dossier also notes that there is not a single FSB facility on the Moscow list. “Either they keep their secrets better, or they can be safely disconnected from the power supply,” the investigators conclude.

But the FSB is responsible for several objects in St. Petersburg - on the coast of the Gulf of Finland and in the Kurortny district of the city, as well as six dachas in Sestroretsk. In a similar list published on the website of the Chechen Republic, on the contrary, there is not a single military unit or law enforcement agency - only hospitals, schools and kindergartens.
