Why the defendant Alexander Skochilenko is not allowed to drink and eat during the process

The artist and musician Alexander Skochilenko, accused of “fakes” about the Russian army, according to its defense, is subjected to torture in the St. Petersburg court. Due to daily many hours of meetings in the last week, Sasha is forced to starve for days and suffer from thirst. Moreover, the girl is deprived of the opportunity to take medicine when, in the courtroom, her well -being deteriorates sharply. In this attitude to the defendant, her lawyers saw the maliciousness and personal interest of the judge of the Vasileostrovsky district court of Oksana Demyasheva and the state prosecutor, deputy district prosecutor Alexander Gladyshev. On October 2, the defense stated a motivated discharge to both, but the judge herself rejected these petitions.

And on October 3, in court, Sasha was left without defenders.

Skochilenko a few months ago talked about how she was usually transferred to the court from a pre -trial detention center. Even in those days when the hearing is scheduled for the daytime, the defendant is taken away from the insulator early in the morning, which is why it remains without breakfast. The meetings in the case of five anti-war price tags previously lasted quite a long time, and in the last month they became 6–9 hours. As a result, Alexander does not fall for lunch. She doesn’t have time for dinner. Dry ration is issued in the pre-trial detention center, but due to celiac disease ( gluten intolerance ), which Sasha suffers from childhood, she is strictly prohibited for her.

Recent meetings were scheduled for all working days. As a result, for two days - September 28 and 29 - the girl managed to eat one banana and drink two glasses of tea. For a day on October 2, one kiwi that a cell neighbor treated her, and one glass of tea.

“Why are you hunger?” - Directly asked Judge Skochilenko on September 29. “You know that the dry share that they give me with you in a pre -trial detention center, for me - poison?”

Judge Demyasheva did not answer the girl, and she eventually burst into tears.

- Sasha became very painful and insulting from his powerlessness. From the inability to achieve an elementary human attitude, ”the lawyers of the accused explained after a meeting to reporters.

On the evening of September 29, the judge summoned the ambulance to the Court for a compulsory medical examination of Skochilenko. The defenders said that this is violated by Alexandra’s rights, however, the doctors examined the girl. They did not record medical contraindications for the patient's participation in the process. Nevertheless, they confirmed that Sasha is starving for a long time, she needs to urgently eat, otherwise an ambulance will have to call again. Demyasheva did not even respond to these recommendations of doctors, continuing the meeting at the end of the working day and thereby leaving the defendant without dinner.

For several months, the judge also ignores the fact that Skochilenko, in addition to celiac disease, suffers from other serious ailments: heart disease, bipolar affective disorder, PTSR, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Doctors have repeatedly stated that without constant medical observation and necessary treatment, a girl could die in a pre -trial detention center. So, at one of the recent meetings, the cardiologist Daria Khachevskaya said: “Due to Sasha’s heart disease, rhythm and conductivity are observed, and soon she will need a pacemaker. The pauses in the heartbeat are already for several seconds, which can lead to a sudden cardiac arrest. "

In the first decade of October, the girl was supposed to undergo a scheduled examination by a cardiologist, gastroenterologist, therapist and psychiatrist. However, judge Demyasheva violated the schedule of court hearings previously agreed with the defense, appointing them to other dates and more often than planned. Because of this, Sasha now does not get to the doctors.

- I lost the opportunity to even find out now: have the intervals in the work of my heart have increased or not? Do I need a pacemaker or not?

- Alexander complained on October 2, exhorting the judge to postpone the process until October 13 - until the end of the planned medical examinations. Demyasheva refused the request and appointed a new hearing - the next day.

However, on October 3, only the public defender of the accused Margarita Kislyakov appeared in the court. She petitioned for the deposition of the meeting, since all three lawyers Skochilenko (Dmitry Gerasimov, Yana Nepovinnova, Yuri Novolodsky) fell ill and sent sick leave. Sasha also asked not to appoint a meeting from 9 to 12 on October 12, since these days she still managed to agree on visits to the jail, gastroenterologist and psychiatrist with great difficulty.

Demyasheva, as always, listened to everything and acted in her own way. She appointed the following hearing on October 11, warning that if Gerasimov, Nepovinnova and Novolodsky will be difficult and long, then she will provide for Skochilenko a lawyer for their intended purpose.
