The creator of the anonymous project to bypass ProstoVPN Antizapret blocks believes that the failures may be due to the fact that Roskomnadzor is testing tools for blocking VPNs.

“I don’t see any other reason why filters could be activated and then turned off again within two months, other than to debug them. Filters are changing: initially they were simple and the analyzer could easily be bypassed, but over time they began to use slightly more complex ones,” he said.
