The Ministry of Defense claims that on January 14, a missile blow was "on the system of military administration of Ukraine and related energy facilities."

On the evening of July 9, 2022, the Russian army delivered a missile blow to two residential buildings in the city of Yar. As a result of the attack, a five -story hostel was partially destroyed - two entrances completely hit it, another five -story residential building was badly damaged. 48 people were killed, including a child.

As the local media wrote, during a blow in the city center there were many people - there, in the Office Center, there were a clinic, cafe, and the sewing studio and children's circles. Prior to this blow, Vinnitsa was considered one of the safest cities in Ukraine, many refugees came there.
Among the dead, there is a four -year -old girl Lisa with a Down syndrome, who, together with her mother, Irina Dmitrieva, came from Kyiv to Vinnitsa for security reasons.
