The military appeal court softened the sentence to the human rights activist Bakhrom Khamroev. He was approved 13 years and 9 months in prison in the case of "public calls for terrorism Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the Internet ”and participation in the activities of the“ terrorist organization ” Part 1 of Art. 205.5 Criminal Code .
