The politician Aleksey Navalny, who was in the colony, compiled a questionnaire of 10 questions in order to “turn the dispute about the elections from the chaos of accusations of something useful.”
He designated three options for voters for the election of the President of Russia, which will be held in March 2024:
Do not recognize and boycott;
Come and everyone vote for a specific candidate;
Come and vote for any candidate against Putin.
Navalny believes that it will be possible to decide on a specific strategy only in January 2024, when the names of candidates are known. Until then, he offers Russian politicians and journalists to fill out his questionnaire so that voters learn about their attitude to the campaign.
The questionnaire consists of 10 questions:
Are the elections for you something significant? Do you plan to call others to any actions in connection with the elections?
Do you have a clear strategy? Do you think that the only strategy in this election is their non -recognition and boycott?
Do you allow a boycott under certain circumstances?
Do you allow the strategy “for any candidate against Putin”?
Do you admit that in the elections it will be possible to choose a single candidate from the opposition and send all political agitation for him?
Which of these people can be a single candidate: Venediktov, Zyuganov, Muratov, Nechaev, Roizman, Slutsky, Sobchak, Yavlinsky?
What did you do in the 2018 elections: voted/was for a boycott/I don't want to answer?

He asked the editor -in -chief of the rain television channel Tikhon Dzyadko and the publisher of Medusa Galina Timchenko "to interview the key debaters." Navalny also presented a list of those whom he asks to fill out the questionnaire. It included, among other things, Leonid Volkov, Gennady Gudkov, Maxim Katz, Julia Latynina, Dmitry Muratov, Danila Perectic, Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Ilya Yashin included.

The strategy of Maxim Katz
At the end of September, the blogger Maxim Katz called on the Russian opposition to unite before the presidential election in 2024. In particular, he proposed to create a coalition to Mikhail Khodorkovsky and FBK.

The debate about the elections
