And the contracts of professional military have turned into unlimited from the moment of signing the decree on partial mobilization. So among the Wagnerians who returned to the citizen, there are simply more.

In March, the Concorda press service published a statement by the owner of the company Evgeny Prigozhin that more than five thousand convicts who entered into a contract with the Wagner PMC received a mercy. According to him, after liberation, they committed much less repeated crimes, which is usually fixed in Russia.

By the middle of the summer, the head of the Rus Sitting* Russian Foundation Olga Romanova* already spoke of 20 thousand freed from prison and contract.

At the same time, their fate differs from the option in which they would go out of parole. In this case, it would be necessary to regularly be celebrated in the UII (federal sentence service), and any fault could return to the zone with a deterioration in the regime. However, all the acts of pardon were reset: neither relapse (in the case of a new crime), nor supervision.

No socialization: prison injury was aggravated by a military injury, social rehabilitation either for ordinary prisoners or “private traders”. But there is no skills of peaceful and free life. The Russian prison does not contribute to them.

The skill of legal violence delegated by PMCs is aggravated by the situation.

And in the Nizhny Novgorod region, 55-year-old Wagnerian Oleg Grechko with several criminal records for the murder, returning with his, was offended by his sister, in whose house he lived. On the evening of September 28, the brother and sister quarreled, and the former PMC fighter was so angry that he doused the woman with gasoline, and then burned it. He himself went to the hospital with burns, and there he confessed.

Murders or attempts on them by arson - one of the most cruel ones, before they met the reports rarely. However, for this year and with the participation of Vagnerians, there are already many. And they continue: recently in the Krasnoyarsk Territory they detained the former fighter of the Wagner PMC Stepanov on suspicion of killing two people. The investigation considers him guilty of intentional arson of the house, where there were two women, 68 and 35 years old. Their bodies were found by firefighters.

On the night of October 5, on the banks of the Arsenyevka River in Primorye, a charred car with a charred body in the back seat was found in Primorye. The deceased was a local resident, a mother of many children. She strangled her, and then, together with the car, he burned her corpse familiar-the previously convicted ex-Boets of Wagner.

Cases of domestic violence, and previously numerous, are now more terrible. In Lipetsk, the 31-year-old fighter of the Wagner PMC attacked his wife and her four-year-old daughter from his first marriage. The girl hit the head several times, she died. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, a man who returned to his own, in front of young children, stabbed his wife.

Sexual violence is also growing. In the Rostov region, a man was detained for raping a minor. The victim is a 13-year-old girl. The eighth -grader was raped more than once by the convicted Wagnerian who was on vacation.

Another vacationer was detained for rape 15- and 16-year-old girls in the Volgograd region. Earlier - after returning with his - he already fell under suspicion of robbery with a teenager. And on October 9, he met two girls, invited home, threatened to slaughter and raped. One was able to get out through the window and ask passers -by. Previously, he was already serving a term.

In the Gukovo region, the PMC fighter hit the man with a knife, and then raped the broom with a handle. He was recruited from the colony. Six months later, he returned home. He celebrated with a friend. He grabbed the knife from the table and hit him several times in the back, and then from the fallen he pulled his pants, took a broom ...

The portal of legal statistics of the Prosecutor General shows the growth of crime in 2022 in a number of regions. For example,

• In the Yaroslavl region, an increase in 14.2%, or 2302 crimes more than in 2021.

• Tomsk region : an increase in 10.49%-by 1765 crimes more than in 2021.

Propaganda, which has lost ethical restrictions, calls to kill. A person who has lost his ability to think critically, from a situation of a constant threat of life, who has returned to the world, where no one awaits him, goes to him clear. For 10 years, in a colony, he did not learn ordinary life - the Russian system of execution of punishments does not contribute to this at all. And he got used to the everyday life of death in six months at the front.

The cult of death is in the lips of philosophers, priests, propagandists. What is surprised at then the cruelty of veterans with prison experience? Disadaptated people do what they can, seeing how these, previously forbidden skills become a social norm. After all, this is precisely this from other television and telegrams.
