In Yekaterinburg, police officers who ignored the fight, in which graduate student of UrFU Francois Nadlassili from Gabon was killed in Yekaterinburg.

Today, a recording was published from the DVR in a traffic police machine, which shows how the police-sergeant Gennady Izergin and senior lieutenant Ivan Oleinikov-are watching a fight for about seven minutes, as a result of which the 32-year-old foreigner, a graduate student of the Urals Federal University (Ural FFF) 32-year-old Francois Nadlassili, a citizen of Gabona.

Watching the fight, Izergin on the record says that “it is necessary to disperse” the fighters, to which Oleinikov replies to him: “Yes, you don’t have to disperse anything, you are not our problems, ***, gene.” Despite the fact that passers -by asked the police to intervene, they did not respond until the citizen of Gabon was inflicted on a mortal blow with a knife.

A week ago, a criminal case was instituted against both police officers under part 3 of article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“abuse of power that entailed grave consequences”).

After the video recording from the registrar appeared on the network, the press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Sverdlovsk Region Valery Gorelykh told reporters that the police would be dismissed.

Francois Nadlassili, who came to study in Russia from Gabon, was killed in Yekaterinburg on August 19. The student tried to intervene in the conflict between the two groups of young people who began to fight because of the queue to the cash desk in a fast food cafe in the center of Yekaterinburg. One of the participants in the fight took out a knife and hit the graduate student in the chest and stomach, Francois died on the spot.

The girl of the deceased student informed E1.ru that

Nadlassili killed racial hatred on the basis. “As his friends said, two cattle came up, they said:“ Oh, look, Negro, give him a chirkan ” - and hit him with a knife.

There was a fight on this basis, and his knife was hit in an armpit, and there is an artery, ”the girl said. “Francois was a very kind and calm person, this is so an international scandal-to kill for the color of the skin.”
