As of the morning of October 24, activist: KI groups “Activist Extrimists” revealed 27 cases of political persecution in 9 cities. Repressions are held against the backdrop of the opposition attempts: to organize rallies on the day of the Republic on October 25 in various cities of Kazakhstan.

According to the group "Activist Extrimists", the authorities of Kazakhstan on the eve of the rallies were subjected to 23 activists: KI in eight cities of Kazakhstan. Another person, Orybai Okhasov from Uralsk, became a defendant in a criminal case about "participation in an extremist organization" Part 2 of Art. 405 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan in the status of a witness. In 2021, Okhasov was already sentenced to the year of restriction of freedom under the same article. Three more activists: Ki were subjected to other forms of political persecution. In addition, the opposition: Ki in 12 cities received 15 politically motivated failures to agree on peaceful street shares on October 25.
