He informed the security forces about a man who was behaving inappropriately on the territory of the medical center, swearing, waving his arms and trying to get into the facility.

The All News Nizhny Tagil agency notes that he was 44-year-old Sergei Shamrin. Onuchin and Gorshkov detained him and placed him in the compartment of a service UAZ upside down. When the security forces brought the detainee to department No. 17, it turned out that he had died. RIA Novosti writes that death could have occurred as a result of a broken neck.

A criminal case was opened against Onuchin and Gorshkov for abuse of office causing grave consequences (Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The third security officer - the driver of the UAZ - passes as a witness.
