The Union “United Automobile Works: TSI” announced the achievement of preliminary agreements with the three largest US car consoles: Ford, General Motors and Stellantis. This summarizes the strike, which lasted six weeks and in which about 50 thousand cooperated : the automotive industry.

Salary cooperation: C will be increased by 25% during the operation of a new agreement - from four to four and a half years. Given the allowance for the increase in the cost of life, the total increase will be from 30% to 33%. In addition, immediately after the agreement comes into force, the salary will be increased at a time by 11%at a time.

The trade union was also able, to achieve other concessions from the part of the concerns. So, General Motors until 2028 pay $ 2500 to cooperate: TsAM retired.

At the initial stage of the strike, the trade union demanded an increase in salary of 40%. By the beginning of the negotiations, Ford was ready to increase only 9%.

Even before the conclusion of preliminary agreements, the Moody's agency calculated that an increase in salaries by 20% will increase the expenses of each of the three concerns by more than one billion dollars.

Now the process of ratification of agreements has been launched - they must vote in the National Council of Trade Unions, in regional councils and in local councils.
