In the last six months in the Voronezh region, people in white coats are increasingly eager for the ribbon. It is understandable: they do not sit in the trenches, work in hospitals is still a little less dangerous than being on the front line.
For example, local media recently reported that the nurse of the surgical department of the Russian Central District Hospital (Rossosh - a large regional center of the south of the region) went to the zone with her nurse.
Before that, she took the nurse courses, and then signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense. According to her, the decision was not easy:
Hope:
“At first she doubted, but weighed all the pros and cons of and decided that I could help. At first, the husband was worried and was against it, but we talked and came to a consensus. I have classmates, cousin, a lot of acquaintances there in my zone. There are both mobilized and contractors, therefore, I know that our homeland now needs help from the first lips. I am sure that I will be more useful there than here. ”
As explained in the leadership of the Russian Central District Hospital, Nadezhda became the fourth employee of the medical institution, who entered into a contract from the Ministry of Defense and went to his zone. And how much the absence of four employees at their workplaces (the line of new places is definitely not worth it!) Will affect the level of services to patients, the leadership of the hospital for some reason did not say a word.
In this regard, we note, for example, that in the Voronezh region for the first half of 2023, 10.1 billion rubles were spent on healthcare from the consolidated budget of the region against 12.1 billion for the same period of 2022. In general, the costs of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds for Voronezh medicine in the first 6 months of 2023 compared to the same period of 2022 decreased by 3.7 billion rubles, or by 14%.
According to the regional government, in budget medical institutions there is a shortage of doctors of all specialties and secondary medical staff, the deficit sometimes reaches 40%.
Here is a characteristic example. On June 1, 2023, the “best clinic of the Black Earth Region” opened in Voronezh, as its officials announced - the so -called fifth building of the city clinic No. 4. A huge complex of three blocks: a five -story children's clinic, an eight -story adult clinic and a four -story female consultation. Huge halls and corridors, children's gaming rooms, modern equipment in doctors, in diagnostic rooms and departments of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. The institution is assigned 43.2 thousand adults and 16.9 thousand children from the adjacent areas of the city. At the time of the opening of the clinic, she already experienced a personnel deficit: in the departments “to maintain an adult population”-3 positions (surgeon, oncologist, ophthalmologist), “for servicing the children”-4 (children's endocrinologist, cardiologist, neurologist, otolaryngologist), in the female consultation-2 (obstetrician-gynecologist).

Meanwhile, on the basis of the data of the Department of Health of the Voronezh region, a list of the richest chief doctors of hospitals, clinics and dispensaries of the region for 2022 was compiled.
The most wealthy was the head of the Voronezh regional clinical dental clinic Olga Radidko. Every month she earned 221.2 thousand rubles. That is, in a year she received more than 2.6 million rubles.
The second place was taken by the chief physician of the Voronezh regional clinical anti -TB dispensary Alexander Artemov. His earnings in a month - 184.6 thousand rubles. Thus, the total income for the year is more than 2.2 million rubles.
The third place went to the head of the Voronezh City Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medical Assistance No. 1 to Igor Banin, who received 183 thousand rubles a month, and earned more than 2.2 million rubles in a year.
Is it because more and more nurses with nurses are in a hurry in the zone?
By the way. As follows from the data of Rosstat, in 2022 the number of medium and junior medical staff in Russian medical institutions decreased by almost 70 thousand people. “The main problem of medical staff is low salaries. The salary increased due to an increase in the load. It is unprofitable for medical institutions to hire new employees, and no one is going on, ”said Olga Frolova, executive director of the Association of Nurse of Russia Association.
