The case of military “fakes” against a resident of Orsk was brought to court

The Sovetsky District Court of Orsk registered the case materials against local resident Elena Gladysheva, Mediazona noted.

Gladysheva is accused of disseminating false information about the armed forces (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). What exactly became the reason for the criminal case is unknown.

In February, a report was drawn up against a resident of Orsk about “discrediting” the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code), but a decision on the case was never made: the Leninsky District Court of the city returned the materials to the police three times to eliminate the violations.

According to the text of one of the court decisions, the reason for the protocol was a video recording in which “allegedly 200,000 citizens of the Russian Federation escaped after the announcement of partial mobilization, as well as the allegedly inadequate provision of mobilized citizens of the Russian Federation with equipment and weapons.” According to the resolution , Gladysheva posted the video on February 14.
