
A resident of Usolye-Siberian in the Irkutsk region Marina Ruzaeva filed a civil lawsuit about compensation for harm to the policeman who tried her. The first meeting will be held on November 16, follows from the card on the website of the city court.
The defendants in the lawsuit indicated former employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Stanislav Golchenko, Alexander Korbut and Denis Samoilov. Ruzaeva demands to recover from them one million rubles of compensation for harm caused, says the Public Verdict human rights fund.
In December 2022, the Kirovsky District Court of Irkutsk awarded a resident of Usolya-Sibirsky 500 thousand rubles of compensation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The new lawsuit applies to ex-police officers personally involved in the torture.
