In the aggregate of the expenses of 45 regions (including the Crimea and the DPR that were annexed by Ukraine), the forum analyzed by Sirena will amount to 1.8 billion rubles. Money from the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation will be spent, for example, on the supply and manufacture of pneumofigur of elephants and sewing the costumes “Cossack Santa Claus” and “Snegurochka” (Stavropol Territory; the cost of the contract - about 880 thousand rubles).

These expenses are especially indicative of the example of the poorest regions. For example, I built my stand for 14 million rubles. In general, budget expenditures of various levels for the forum at VDNH a month before its start exceeded expenses to the Eastern Economic Forum (750 million rubles) and to the St. Petersburg Economic Forum (927 million).
