It happens that vigilant neighbors see many children from the apartment, call the police with a request to check. We provided the district police officer with all the necessary documents, first of all - the housing contract, settlement accounts, documents for each teacher. Most importantly, they provided an agreement on the provision of supervision of children at home, which states that from 7 to 19.30 we are responsible for the life, health and psychological comfort of each of our children. ”

They showed them that the children are alive, healthy, no one is crying. PDN employees began to ask questions why illegal activities were carried out in the room, and asked for documents for each of the children.

“They came in the morning and sat all day with us,” continues Ivan Sorokin. - They considered children, interviewed the parents who came for them. The last child, a two -year -old girl, took her grandmother. Grandma says: "This is my granddaughter." They ask her: "Op, do you have a power of attorney?" Grandma says: "There is no power of attorney." They answer her: "Then we call the police outfit and take the child."

According to Ivan Sorokin, the difficulty of the situation was that the girl’s parents were abroad and could not come for her:

“We looked at the law and realized that if the grandfather, grandmother walks with the children and the police will suit them, ask for documents for the child, then they should have a power of attorney with them. We gathered a meeting, urgently warned all the franchisee that if not mom and dad take the child, then there must be a power of attorney for grandparents, grandfather or another relative. ”

It was already about six in the evening. A police car came to the house. But at that moment in the kindergarten they realized that if the grandmother has no documents for the child, they have them at the kindergarten with whom the contract is concluded. So, the girl may be there until 19.30 (by this time the kindergarten is officially closing). Parents managed to send a power of attorney by seven in the evening.

“PDN employees, it seems to me, regarded what was happening so that we reacted disrespectfully,” suggests Ivan Sorokin. - As if they were accepted into a personal account. And the next day the police were already breaking into our kindergarten. ”

11 in the morning, Wednesday. The children were going for a walk on the site near the house. The educators have already put on special yellow vests to the kids to see children on the street. Without a doorbell, eight people entered the apartment without knocking. Police officers, PDN employees.

“The police were talking very aggressively,” says Ivan Sorokin. - Defendant, investigator, police lieutenant colonel ...

It seems to me that they themselves did not understand what they did. Very crushed morally, talked as criminals. Our educators tried to immediately put the children in the rooms.

But the police began to shout: “To stand everyone! Show the documents! This is a check. " And what about checking? We have a lot of experience. There is always a decision, a decision on verification.
