Relatives of those mobilized published a manifesto in which they demand that their men be returned home from the war.

“We, the relatives and friends of the mobilized, the military personnel ourselves, as well as people who are not indifferent to the fate of Russia and our own fellow citizens, want a full life for ALL citizens of our country! There are many of us and there will be even more. We are not interested in rocking the boat and destabilizing the political situation. We are the Way Home. We are determined to get our men back at any cost,” it says.

Among the demands contained in the manifesto are complete demobilization, a one-year service limit for partial mobilization conscripts, and respect for the Constitution and human rights.

In mid-September, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrei Kartapolov said that mobilized Russians would be able to leave the front only after the end of the war in Ukraine. According to him, rotation is not provided, but those mobilized are entitled to leave every six months.
